This was a full plumbing remodel covering three bathrooms, the kitchen, and a laundry setup - all in one home off Venture Drive in Huntington Harbor. Scope like that requires more than just swapping fixtures. Every connection, every valve, every drain had to be dialed in correctly before anything got closed up behind tile and cabinetry.
The bathrooms were the centerpiece. We handled sink installation and faucet installation across all three - including the dual-sink vanity in the primary bath, which needed balanced water pressure at both fixtures. That's not something you just hope works out. It has to be engineered from the supply lines up. The gold widespread faucets are a sharp look, but they also had to perform - and they do.
The shower systems got the same attention. Precise valve placement, clean trim alignment, and proper venting to make sure drainage flows the way it should long after the tile crew is gone. The freestanding tub and the glass-enclosed shower both required careful rough-in work to make sure the finished product lined up exactly with the fixtures chosen by the homeowner.
What we always tell people is that a remodel at this level isn't just about what it looks like on day one. It's about whether it holds up. Leak-free connections, even pressure throughout, and proper drainage aren't extras - they're the baseline. Cutting corners anywhere in here is how you end up with water damage inside a brand-new renovation.
We serve Huntington Harbor, Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, and Newport Beach. Whether it's a single bathroom refresh or a full multi-bathroom remodel, the approach is the same - no shortcuts, clean work, done right the first time.
